Rangers Daily Farm Roundup: 8/13/18

A couple of Rangers farm teams had the night off tonight as Frisco and Down East will both open up three game series tomorrow. Hickory lost today, but a few highlights came out of that one including continued dominance from a starter and a three hit day for a top prospect. In other news, things didn’t go well for Round Rock in the Music City.

Triple-A

Nashville 6, Round Rock Express 5

Round Rock took a 4 run lead into the 8th before allowing three runs in the bottom half of the frame and then two more in the ninth. The Express blow a four run lead and lose on an Anthony Garcia walk off single.

Scott Heineman: 1/4
Christian Lopes: 1/4, 2 RBI
